Update to the “The Hormone Reset Diet” by Sara Gottfried, M.D. Accountability is working and most importantly, accountability to myself!
Off of meat now (feel lighter) Off of sugar (has been challenging) Off of fruit (I miss my local cherries!) and now Off of coffee – one big Yikes!!!
I have not weighed or measured myself, will give this another week. As usual, interesting comments from two of the ladies in the group:
I’m insignificant – have to earn my worth – traumatic experience – came up as to loosing the weight – fright in solor plexus area – 8/9 out of 10 for intensity – released the energy
Result: feeling of spaciousness in the area
I’m insignificant – have to earn my worth – karma with Grandmother that passed over – contract of having to carry her story
Result: release in stomach area
I would like to thank you for asking me to participate on the Hormone Reset Accountability Skype group. Having to be accountable to someone else is making this so much easier. Your guidance through the program is such a help, and to be able to discuss our daily difficulties has certainly made me a lot more accountable.
I found the work you did with the pendulum the other evening particularly effective. Although the work wasn’t for me specifically, I was able to tap into the energy and determine some of the blockages preventing me from losing weight.
Knowing that I have to report in every three days helps keep me on track and the questions that you put forward during our sessions help me focus on the areas that need improvement. You leading this accountability group has helped me tremendously. For the first time in a number of years I feel that I am slimming – my clothes are starting to look and feel a little big on me.
